What is Six Million Voices?
Six Million Voices is an educational platform offering immersive Holocaust and Jewish history experiences — live virtual tours guided by expert educators and on-demand interactive journeys, all in the browser with no VR headset required. More than 350,000 participants and 500+ schools and universities in 10+ countries have joined experiences including Auschwitz, Kristallnacht, and the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.
Do I need a VR headset for Six Million Voices experiences?
No. Every experience runs in a standard web browser on a computer, tablet, or projected screen — no app, headset, or download required. Access is through a dedicated, secure link sent by email.
Is there a virtual tour of Auschwitz I can join from home?
Yes. Auschwitz Interactive is a 90-minute immersive journey through Auschwitz-Birkenau combining cinematic visuals, survivor testimony, and guided narration. It is available live with an expert Holocaust educator or on demand. Individual tickets start at $14.90.
How does a live session work?
Live sessions run approximately two hours, including a Q&A. A trained Holocaust educator leads participants through the immersive content, and the Q&A takes place on a Zoom link where participants interact directly with the educator. Cameras are not required.
How long do I have to complete an on-demand experience?
Your access link is valid indefinitely before you begin. Once you start, you have 72 hours to complete the experience at your own pace.
Are the experiences appropriate for children and students?
Each experience displays an age rating on its page. Garry's Letter is accessible from age 10+, while most other experiences are rated 18+ for individual viewing. School sessions are adapted for grades 7–12 and universities — always book classroom use through the Schools section so students receive age-appropriate content.
What equipment does my classroom need?
Just a browser and a screen. For large groups, projecting onto a classroom or auditorium screen works well; individual access links can also be distributed when each student has a device.
What experiences are available?
Seven experiences are currently available: Auschwitz Interactive, Night of Broken Glass (Kristallnacht), Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, Journey Through Faith, Garry's Letter, Auschwitz On Demand, and Auschwitz ASL — a fully accessible version with American Sign Language interpretation and audio description.

Yes. Six Million Voices offers group experiences for companies, nonprofits, and community organizations — ideal for DEI initiatives, leadership programs, and remembrance events. Custom and white-label solutions are available through Zavit, our B2B platform.
